I have worked with Ceci and Bill for 30 years both buying and selling homes. My experiences with them have been extremely satisfying. The terms that best describes them and that underlie my reasons for coming back with them are: integrity, honesty, extremely knowledgeable, energetic, prepared... Need I go on? Their public image as very skilled realtors as well as their involvement with Joyner Realty has resulted in successful real estate exchanges every time. They brought in potential buyers when the market was very low. They sold our most recent home within a few hours as the market improved. They gave us their expert guidance in preparing our properties and told us what to look for as we were looking to buy. Bill and Ceci have both been very easy to talk to. We never felt like we were in the dark about ongoing activities. They always kept us informed and in a very timely manner. 30 years of working with Bill and Ceci conveys my view about these two professionals. If we have the energy to buy or sell again we will certainly call them.
